Delivery and Shipping Policy – Blofer LDA
At Blofer, our goal is to ensure that your order reaches you quickly, safely, and transparently. Below, we explain how our logistics process works.
1. Delivery Timeframes
The delivery time begins from the payment confirmation and varies depending on the destination:
- Mainland Portugal: 1 to 30 business days.
- Azores and Madeira: 1 to 30 business days.
- Spain / Rest of Europe: 1 to 30 business days.
Note: Orders placed after [Time, e.g., 3 PM] will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. The customer is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the address provided. Blofer LDA cannot be held responsible for incorrect addresses and will only ship to the address entered by the customer.
3. Shipping Methods and Carriers
We work with trusted partners to ensure delivery quality:
- The carrier is selected by Blofer to guarantee the best possible service for the customer.
- In-store pickup: Available free of charge at our address in Pinheiro Guimarães.
4. Delivery Attempts
If you are not present at the delivery address:
- The order may be left at a nearby collection point or at a location designated by the customer. In such cases, Blofer shall not be held responsible for theft or any issues that may occur with the delivered goods.
Note: Reshipping due to incorrect address or failure to collect the order in a timely manner may incur additional costs.
5. Damages or Incidents
Please check the condition of the package upon delivery. If you notice visible damage, you should:
- Note the issue on the courier’s delivery receipt.
- Contact our Customer Support at blofer@blofer.pt within 24 hours.
